Wow!

Over 20,000 unique visitors in the last 24 hours! a combination of a post on reddit and a facebook group has raised a lot of interest in our little hobby project.

A very quick update…. we are still working on The Inebriator, albeit slowly…

Thanks for all the emails and comments, we will reply to as many as we can as soon as we can, and we will aim to post more frequent updates.

  1. You should put this on one of those micro investing sites… I would put money towards you building this commercially

  2. Basically what I was trying to say was put this on Kickstarter!!! Sure you’ll easily get enough investment

  3. Hey jake I’ve got a killer idea for your machine. Give me a shout back if your looking for any open ideas. Prototype is pretty cool though.

  4. I’m a little confused. This machine isn’t on the market? I want one of these bad, so can whoever make these email me about possibly custom building me one?

  5. This is spectacular. My mind is blown. Just saw this for the first time on the Chive/Tapiture. You guys have a serious winner here. I fully agree with previous comments about investing. I, for one, would definitely invest. This is… This is something else. Incredible work guys!

  6. You should definitely put this on kickstarter.com and/or indiegogo.com !!! There will be a lot of people willing to fund a project like this.

    Good luck!

  7. If you did KS it, Jake, I’d put some bunce your way but I wouldn’t opensource it because the IPR is as much in the construction as it is in the software underpinning it. A good way to do it would be to stagger the involvement – large donors get a bespoke version hand-built to order with full support and upgrades, small donors get a discount on an off-the-shelf model, and aim for two basic models – the home gadget version and a pro bar version.

  8. Excellent project!

    One question,
What valves used for bottles? Is it the same for all?
    Is there any electronics?

    Thank you!
